How to apply

Applicant fills out the Application Form online

After submitting online application form with copy of passport attached, applicant is requested to print and sign the application.

The applicant needs to deliver the following documents:

  1. copy of General Certificate of Secondary Education Advanced Level
  2. Medical Statement of fitness to study
  3. passport or any other identity card

After a student is admitted, all required documents  listed below have to be sent to the address of the faculty:

Form and content of the entrance examination

Entrance examination will be held online in Chemistry and Biology. Subjects of entrance examination, in terms of the content, do not exceed the content of a full secondary education in accordance with Section 57 par.  2 of the Act. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education.

A set of test questions for candidates consists of an equal number of questions in Biology (40) and Chemistry (40). Maximum allowed time is 80 minutes. Formulation of questions and answers allows an applicant to select only one single unambiguously correct answer.  Each correct answer gives the candidate one point. Points are not deducted for incorrect answer. Maximum score is 80.
