ERASMUS + SMS mobility
The Erasmus + application process for the 2024-25 academic year will open in December 2023.
At which university can I complete my Erasmus stay?
You can only apply to a university with which JFMED has signed an Inter Institutional Agreement (IIA). The details can be found here.
How to apply?
The applications are submitted online via the Mobility Online (MO) system. You can sing-in into the MO with your AIS log-in details.
NOTE: if you are applying for Erasmus as an international student, you must have a valid temporary residence in Slovakia.
What documentation do I need to submit?
With you application you must submit the following documentation:
- CV
- Language certificate (if required by the receiving university)
- A motivation letter in the language of your chosen university.
What happens after I have submitted my application?
Your application will be considered at the faculty level and will be awarded points based the application criteria.
You will also be invited to an interview at the Faculty that will be held in March 2023 (details to be confirmed after the submission deadline has passed) to assess your language skills.

According to Internal regulations no. 44/2022 Conditions and criteria for the selection of students for exchanges within Erasmus + program at JFMED CU in Martin, you can also upload supporting documents (optional) certifying the following activities – Student Scientific Activities ŠVOČ, Publishing in domestic and foreign professional journals, Membership in the student part of Academic Senate JFMED CU, Membership in Martin Club of Medical Students, Active participation at other students organizations, Omphalus Martinensis, Rector's Award and Dean's Award, Volunteering in healthcare facilities
