Department of Pharmacology regularly organizes several scientific conferences. 

Kovalčík´s day with a subtitle New Trends in Pharmacotherapy,  Pharmacological Days and Martin Days of Breathing are organized.

Since 2010 a peer-reviewed collection entitled "New Trends in Pharmacotherapy" (in Slovaka, free download available) is published annually.
