In the event that the Accommodation Agreement is concluded for a period of 10 months, the student has the option to pay the deposit in 2 installments:

  1. The first installment of the deposit in the amount of €50 is paid together with the accommodation price for the month of September 2026. The deposit must be credited to the VI JLF account by August 27, 2026.
  2. The second installment of the deposit in the amount of €50 is paid together with the accommodation price for the month of February 2027. The deposit must be credited to the VI JLF UK account no later than January 31, 2027.

If the student does not pay the first installment of the deposit by August 27, 2026, they lose the right to the assigned accommodation in VI JLF UK.

The first installment of the deposit does not have to be paid by newly admitted students who paid an advance on the deposit to the RUK account during the electronic application submission period via E-ubytovanie.

Upon termination of the accommodation and settlement of all contractual obligations towards the accommodation provider (accommodation fee, contractual fines, caused damages, etc.), the deposit will be returned via bank transfer to the accommodated student's account within 30 calendar days.

2. ACCOMMODATION PRICE PAYMENT

According to the Schedule of the Accommodation Process for the academic year 2026/2027, the student is obliged to pay the accommodation price for the month of September 2026 by August 27, 2026. The payment is considered made when the accommodation price is credited to the UD account. If the student does not pay this price within the specified deadline, they lose the right to the assigned accommodation.

The student pays the accommodation price for the months of October – June monthly by bank transfer to the provider's account, so that it is credited to the account no later than the last day of the previous calendar month. The amount of the accommodation price is determined according to the valid price list of student accommodation published on the UD website.

3. PAYMENT METHOD

Payments can only be made by bank transfer to the UD account number:
SK12 8180 0000 0070 0013 4748, BIC: SPSRSKBA
A bank transfer can take several days, so we recommend sending the deposit and the accommodation price immediately after receiving the accommodation allocation notification, exactly according to the instructions in the notification.
