Anti-corruption management

On December 4, 2019, the Management Board of JFMED CU adopted a Resolution (No. 19/2019) in which it approved the introduction of the ISO 37001:2016 "Anti-Corruption Management System".

The subject of the introduction of the anti-corruption policy is the adoption, introduction, application, and management of an effective and coordinated anti-corruption policy at JFMED CU in accordance with the above-mentioned standard.

The aim of the introduction of the anti-corruption policy is to provide JFMED CU employees with a procedure and guidance for preventing corruption by introducing a functional corruption risk management system and identifying risk areas from the point of view of corruption, as well as the procedure and options for reporting corruption. This will eliminate the space for the emergence and existence of corruption and improve anti-corruption prevention.

As part of the implementation of the standard in practice, it is necessary to identify the opinions and attitudes of the employees towards this area. In this context, the employees are annually request to fill out a short questionnaire focused on the perception of corruption.

The questionnaire is anonymous and is intended to provide the Management Board of JFMED CU with the employees` opinions, observations, topics, and experiences that will contribute to the successful implementation of the ISO standard at JFMED CU.
