CENTRE FOR THE SUPPORT OF SCIENCE, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The Centre for the Support of Science, Research, and Development at JFMED CU in Martin (hereinafter also "CEVED in Martin") is a specialized workplace of Comenius University in Bratislava, the Jessenius Faculty of Medicine in Martin (hereinafter JFMED CU), established in accordance with Clause 39 Section 2 Letter a) of the Higher Education Act as one of the basic workplaces of JFMED CU in Martin.

The basic goal and function of CEVED in Martin is comprehensive support and coordination of project management, support of science, research, and development activities at JFMED CU in Martin. It provides support in the preparation, implementation, control, and promotion of national and international grants and contracts and cooperation agreements, as well as comprehensive support in the implementation of projects, including projects co-financed from structural funds from the public and private sectors in cooperation with the Economic Department to ensure an efficient course of financial management and with the Public Procurement Department of JFMED CU in Martin due to a comprehensive provision of public procurement in accordance with applicable legislation. Part of management is also quality management, the goal of which is the optimization of work procedures and processes, taking into account material and time resources, the expected final quality of services and products, and the expected further growth and development.
