- Detection of predictive and prognostic biomarkers using methods of molecular biology
- Oncopathology, especially hematooncopathology and oncopathology of prostate cancer
- Oncological diseases, such as breast cancer, tumours of male and female genital system, thyroid gland cancer, the so-called gastrointestinal stromal tumours, neuroendocrine tumours and skin tumours.
- Histopathological diagnosis of rare diseases.
- Biology of certain non-tumour diseases, especially of the skin.
