1.  admission test exam dates: 21st of March 2024, 12th of July 2024 and 10th of August 2024

- application submission deadlines: 7th of March 2024, 1st of July 2024 and 1st of August 2024.

Admission requirements

Internal regulations govern the admission process at JFMED. To be able to study at JFMED, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • To have completed or be in the process of completing the secondary education (the equivalent of Level 4 on the European Qualification Framework) and be able to provide a Certificate of Completed Secondary Education
  • To pass the admission exam to a required standard, in biology and chemistry
  • To provide a medical confirmation of general health and the ability to study at the university level.
  • Pay the admission fee of €70 at the time of submitting your application

 

As part of your application process, you will also have to submit the following documentation: 

  • A copy/scan of your passport (picture page with the personal details) for ID proposes 
  • A copy/scan of the Certificate of fitness from your GP/Doctor that confirms that there are no physical and mental impediments that affect your ability to study at a university level. 
  • A copy/scan of your completed secondary education certificate. If at the time of applying, you are still studying at the secondary level, you can submit your Certificate at a later stage. Please contact Mrs Eva Štermenská at eva.stermenskauniba.sk for more information.

Reasonable adjustment

4) V prípade uchádzačov o bakalárske študijné programy (študijný program 1. stupňa Ošetrovateľstvo, Verejné zdravotníctvo a Pôrodná asistencia) zašlú uchádzači do termínu zaslania prihlášky, t. j. do 29. februára  2024, na adresu fakulty (Študijné oddelenie, Dekanát JLF UK, Malá Hora 4A, 036 01 Martin) overené kópie koncoročných vysvedčení za posledné tri ukončené roky štúdia na strednej škole.

5) V prípade, že uchádzač spĺňa niektorú z podmienok na získanie bodov za prospech podľa čl. 8 a/alebo za iné aktivity podľa čl. 9, zašle najneskôr do 29. februára  2024 na adresu fakulty (Študijné oddelenie, Dekanát JLF UK, Malá Hora 4A, 036 01 Martin) overené kópie koncoročných vysvedčení za posledné tri ukončené roky štúdia na strednej škole, resp. originál alebo overený doklad preukazujúci splnenie týchto podmienok. Na neskôr doručené doklady sa neprihliada – okrem neskôr získaných ocenení a certifikátov uvedených v čl. 9 (medzi 29. februárom a 15. májom 2024), ktoré je potrebné zaslať bezodkladne, najneskôr však do 15. mája 2024. Pokiaľ uchádzaš nespĺňa žiadnu z vyššie uvedených podmienok, k prihláške sa neprikladajú žiadne vysvedčenia ani iné certifikáty/osvedčenia. Overené kópie požadovaných dokladov zašlite spolu so Žiadosťou o priznanie bodovej bonifikácie v rámci prijímacieho konania na JLF UK v Martine pre akademický rok 2024/2025  - word, pdf

6) Uchádzači o štúdium študijných programov 1. a spojeného 1. a 2. stupňa zašlú poštou úradne overenú kópiu maturitného vysvedčenia spolu s návratkou až po doručení rozhodnutia o podmienečnom prijatí, ktoré bude uchádzačom zaslané po vyhodnotení splnenia ďalších podmienok prijatia.

Spôsob zverejnenia výsledkov prijímacieho konania

1) Výsledky NPS (testovania) oznamuje uchádzačom priamo poskytovateľ testovania nimi určeným spôsobom.

2)Výsledky skúšky manuálnej zručnosti budú zverejnené spoločne na internetovej stránke fakulty - www.jfmed.uniba.sk na základe kódu uchádzača, ktorý obdržia počas skúšky manuálnej zručnosti, a to najneskôr do 21 dní od posledného dňa skúšky manuálnej zručnosti (termín zverejnenia môže byť upravený v závislosti od počtu zúčastnených uchádzačov, najneskôr do 20. mája 2024). 

3) Celkové výsledky prijímacieho konania budú zverejnené na základe čísla elektronickej prihlášky po dodaní výsledkov od poskytovateľa testovania po poslednom uznanom termíne testovania na internetovej stránke fakulty - www.jfmed.uniba.sk po ukončení prijímacieho konania (najneskôr do 15. júna 2024).

4) Rozhodnutia o prijatí/podmienečnom prijatí resp. neprijatí na štúdium budú písomne odoslané uchádzačovi najneskôr 30 dní od overenia splnenia podmienok prijatia na štúdium.

Publication of information on the results of the admission procedure

Publication of information on the results of the admission procedure:

The overall admission results will be published on the basis of the e-application number on the faculty web site www.jfmed.uniba.sk once the results are received from the testing provider approximately within a week from the respective date of the admission test exam.

Decisions on admission/conditional admission or non-admission will be sent in writing to the applicant no later than 30 days after the relevant date of the admission test exam.
